My written Christmas poem

Նոր տարին է, մոտենում
Ձմեռ պապն է գալիս,
Երեխաներին երջանկություն նվիրում,
Եվ լի պարկով նվերներ նվիրում:
Մարդիկ տոնածառն են զարդարում,
Եվ սեղանն են պատրաստում,
Սպասելով երբ, որ ժամը խփի
Ուղիղ տասներկուսը:

New Year is coming
Santa Claus is coming
Children are happy to donate,
Bagful of presents and gifts.
People are decorating the Christmas tree,
And the tables are prepared,
In anticipation when it hit at
Exactly twelve.

Long ago, about 2000 years, when King Herod ruled Judea (now part of Israel), God sent the angel Gabriel to a young women who lived in the northern town of Nazareth. The girl’s name was Mary and she was engaged to marry Joseph.
